How I work

A three-step loop for any AI marketing problem.

I treat every AI tool the same way I’d treat a campaign: start with the workflow it has to replace, build something working in a week, then measure whether it actually saved time.

01 · Diagnose

Find the workflow worth automating

Sit with the marketing team. Time the manual baseline. Identify steps where prompt engineering plus structure beats ad-hoc human effort — and where it doesn’t. Cost-out and quality-out targets set up front.

02 · Build

Build the smallest working version

Prompt templates with explicit constraints, a thin API wrapper (Claude, AWS Bedrock, or both), and a simple UI. No dashboards, no abstractions — a single button that does the job end-to-end, deployed somewhere a marketer can actually use it.

03 · Measure

Validate against the baseline

Timed manual vs. automated runs across multiple inputs. Quality checks against pre-set criteria. If the numbers don’t move, the tool gets rebuilt or killed. Every project on this site cleared that bar.
